It’s been a few days since I first saw Avengers: Endgame, and at some point in the not-too-distant future I want to watch it again. Why? Well, for a start it’s a very, very good movie and I want to live through it all again now that I know where it’s going and how it ends so I can enjoy the ride a little bit more. Secondly, there is so much that happens that I think I need a second viewing just to take it all in. And thirdly, I still have questions about what happened and I feel like a second (or maybe even third) viewing is the only way to truly answer those questions. However, prior to going to see it again and potentially tainting my view of it in some way, I wanted to give a review of the film, so here it is: the good, the bad, and everything else.
I was tempted to try and split this out into each section, talk about the good bits, the bad bits and everything else in isolation, but I don’t think I can do that. The easiest way to do it, I think, is to talk about the movie going through it from beginning to end. So, in case it isn’t obvious by now, the following will contain massive amounts of spoilers, so if you don’t want to know what happens, click your back button now.
